For half of this term we are working on our speeches my speech is on racism and how it affects our world here is my introduction.
Living in a society where racism is active tells us that we cant even feel at home in our homes that we can’t
live without being criticized, compared or hurt. We don’t get to choose the color of our skin, our race or
the way we look and we shouldn’t need to change ourselves just to please others or just to fit into everyone
else. The color of our skin shouldn’t define who we are it shouldn't tell us what to be and what not to be
we should be able to do what we want to do without judgment.
