We have started to do our science this is my science.
I am doing my science experiment with Phoebe.



Science Question: How does the ratio of Gelatin to the other ingredients affect the marshmallow?

Background Research

When you add the gelatin to hot water the powder dissolves
and you break the bonds that holds the proteins together.
When the gelatin cools down the gelatin powder forms new bonds
in the water.

    Hypothesis
The increase of gelatin the stiffer the marshmallow and the decrease
of gelatin the crumblier and stickier the marshmallow will be.

My next step for science is writing the method and materials.
